Scholarly Interests
I am interested in utilizing technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), sensor signal processing, Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to make the operations of our built environment more adaptive and more human-centered. The objectives are to improve human comfort, productivity and well-being by using intelligent indoor environmental controls while trying to maintain energy efficient building operations.
