While the construction science major focuses on creating, planning, and supervising the built environment, the facilities management minor focuses on maintaining its functionality.

Students wishing to declare a minor in facilities management should consult with advisors in their home college or school and in the Department of Construction Science. Applicants must have a 2.0 or better overall GPR to be considered for the program.
