Designing Solutions for Good
Through outreach programs, students can learn from and collaborate with thought leaders to help underserved communities. Our design studios partner with outreach units and to help real people while solving problems in a classroom. By working with these units, we’ve been able to help the people of the colonias along the U.S.-Mexico border and those affected by hurricanes and other natural disasters.
A Legacy of Service
Students can develop leadership skills through student organizations, internships, research and teaching assistantships, and community engagement activities. We encourage our students to cultivate these skills to prepare them to be thought leaders in the field.
