The Department of Construction Science connects current students with industry professionals by hosting a career fair each semester. While at the career fair, students: 

• Learn about employment prospects in the construction industry
• Engage and interview with trained professionals
• Discuss and secure future internships and job offers 

CIAC Career Fair

The Construction Industry Advisory Council (CIAC) Career Fair gives students the unique opportunity to engage with Aggie former students who work in construction industries. Typically scheduled three weeks into the semester, it is the largest departmental level career fair on the Texas A&M campus. This session is reserved for companies who are members of the CIAC, and is held at the Brazos County Exposition Complex, 5827 Leonard Road, Bryan.

Student Résumés

Due to federal, state and university regulations, the department can not give student résumés to the public. All students who interview should have a résumé prepared and can hand you one at a career fair event.

Employment Information

Starting salaries for construction science graduates are available for undergraduate students and graduate students. For additional employment information, contact Hernan Guerra, Industry Relations Coordinator, at 979.458.0156.

Ship Booth

Employers are responsible for picking up their packages and transporting them to and from the Brazos County Exposition Center and Langford A.
