Natalie Campos Goodman
Biography
Natalie Campos Goodman is the CEO and founder of IncentiFind, the nation’s database of green building incentives. Each year, about $35 billion of incentives go unclaimed: Natalie is solving this problem with her PropTech, which connects any commercial or residential property to incentives for incorporating green building practices. She is accelerating company growth through strategic partnerships that integrate the company’s data into design, construction, and real estate software. She has been featured in Texas Architecture Magazine for IncentiFind’s work in mitigating climate change through sustainable construction; her entrepreneurship is part of a longstanding commitment to ensuring that our built environment benefits both people and planet.
Previously, she served as a Sustainability Consultant to Fortune 1000 companies with a focus on resilience for Texas cities. She was also a Disaster Response Leader post-hurricane Katrina and Harvey. A global citizen, she has collaborated with major clients in oil & gas and pharmaceuticals to build sustainable real estate assets worldwide. She began her career at NASA Johnson Space Center, after graduating from TAMU in 2006 with her Bachelors of Environmental Design.
A LatinX woman in PropTech, Natalie is setting new norms as she leads conversations that are shaping the industry. Most recently, she participated in the “Design Futures Council Leadership Summit 2022: The Future of PropTech.” She has received many awards and recognitions, including being named a Vanguard Fellow, Houston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2019, GlobeSt. Real Estate 2021 Women of Influence, and Texas A&M University Young Alumni 12 Under ‘12. She is a LEED AP Operations & Maintenance accredited professional.
In her free time, Natalie plays chess and is a dedicated fan of the US Women’s National Soccer team. If she had more free time, she would contribute to the urban farming movement and conservation of water.
