Celebrating diversity
Diversity encompasses the full spectrum of characteristics of our community, including (but not limited to) ethnic background, religious beliefs, age, political beliefs, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, physical ability, and gender. We believe that a diverse school is one that embraces the richness of this variety and provides an environment in which each individual is respected and celebrated.

Each fall semester, the Diversity Council host a school-wide party to allow students, faculty, and staff a moment to separate from the monotony of the academic day and PARTY with a PURPOSE. At the DivPARTY, attendees are invited to enjoy a free meal with each other, play diversity/culture related games, win prizes, and become exposed to diversity (and potentially become involved with the Diversity Council) within the School of Architecture.
