We provide 3D printing services and equipment, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Large roller paper cutter<\/li><li>Heavy-duty material cutter (will cut things such as canvas, foamboard, cardboard, etc.)<\/li><li>Workbenches with non-power tools&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Location<br><\/strong>Langford A Room 107B<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"btn-wrapper \">\n\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"btn btn--callout\" href=\"https:\/\/aggiemap.tamu.edu\/?bldg=0398\" target=\"_blank\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"far fa-long-arrow-right btn__icon-left\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"t-eyebrow\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tView on Aggie Maps\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hours<br><\/strong>8 a.m. \u2013 5 p.m. Monday through Friday<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTICE: The MakerPlace will be closed from July 18\u201322. The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/coa-it.atlassian.net\/wiki\/spaces\/ISD\/pages\/719224854\/Services+Prices\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>pricing<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is based on the type of material used and print time; a discount is offered to School of Architecture students. Printing will begin after you have completed payment for the project. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-make-a-3d-print\">How to make a 3D print<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/print.arch.tamu.edu:9191\/job-ticketing\/customer\/rooms\/1\">Submit your file<\/a> if you are on the campus network or are on the campus VPN, or email your STL file(s) to <a href=\"mailto:makerplace@arch.tamu.edu\">makerplace@arch.tamu.edu<\/a><\/li><li><strong>Step 2: <\/strong>The team will process your file(s) and send a preview along with a price estimate<\/li><li><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>An invoice and payment instructions will be emailed to you.
