The Department of Construction Science at Texas A&M has led the way in excellent construction higher education since 1946. We are the largest construction education program in the nation with around 1,100 undergraduate students and 40 graduate students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our programs are the premiere versions of applied construction degrees. Our interdisciplinary approach integrates principles of architecture, technology, engineering, business and project management. We prepare students to get out from behind their desks and work with people on site to make a project successful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both our students and the firms involved benefit from these exchanges. Over 200 construction firms participate in this program. We routinely secure the most federal grants for construction science of any university in the country.
